Appliances are where box damage works hardest in your favor. A microwave, vacuum, or air fryer whose carton got scuffed in a warehouse can’t sell at full retail — so it comes to auction instead, usually in perfect working order, and sells for whatever the room decides.

Bidding Tip: Read the Damage Notes

"Box damage" means the packaging suffered, not the product; "cosmetic damage" means a scratch or dent that doesn’t affect function. Both are disclosed and photographed on every lot — the difference between them is often the difference between a good deal and a great one.

What does "box damage" mean on an appliance lot?

The packaging may be torn, scraped, or opened due to handling — but in most cases the appliance inside is unharmed. We inspect all box-damaged products before listing them.

Do you sell full-size appliances like washers or fridges?
